| Introduction | N-Boc-Bromoethylamine is an organic intermediate, which can be obtained by the reaction of Bromoethylamine and Boc anhydride. The base can be selected from sodium bicarbonate, triethylamine or sodium hydroxide. |

| preparation | 20.5g(0.1mol) of bromoethylamine bromate was placed in 80ml of tetrahydrofuran, 10.08g(0.12mol) of sodium bicarbonate and 50ml of water were added in sequence, 21.80g(0.1mol) of ditertyl dicarbonate was added dropwise under stirring at room temperature, after dropping, and the reaction was continued for 4-10 hours. After the reaction is completed, the solvent is evaporated under reduced pressure, and (3 × 50ml) ethyl acetate is added for extraction. The organic phase is washed with 50ml of saturated salt water. After desolysis, 21.84g of colorless oily liquid is obtained with 97.5% yield. |
